The accessibility of the service has been evaluated by the external expert organization Wannado Marketing Oy.

The service is partially compliant with accessibility requirements.

Non-accessible content

• Blocking user interface enlargement: The site <meta> -tag prevents the content from being enlarged on mobile devices. (WCAG 2.2, 1.4.4 Resize Text)
• Forms inside table elements: The layout of the forms is implemented with table elements, which can cause problems for screen readers.                             (WCAG 2.2, 1.3.1 Info and Relationships)
• Hiding the name tags and titles of the login form: Certain name tags and section titles are hidden so that screen readers cannot recognize and read them. (WCAG 2.2, 1.3.1 Info and Relationships, 2.4.6 Headings and Labels)
• The name tag of the recipient field in the Write a message view:        The field is missing an appropriate name tag. (WCAG 2.2, 2.4.6 Headings and Labels)
• The name tag of the message field in the Write a message view: The name tag is missing from the message field. (WCAG 2.2, 2.4.6 Headings and Labels)
• Message opening and reading order on the keyboard, message opening notification: After opening an e-mail message, the focus incorrectly moves to the action buttons before the message itself, and the user is not informed that the message has been opened. (WCAG 2.2, 2.4.3 Focus Order, 4.1.3 Status Messages) 
• Status message in the lower right corner "Updating..." with screen readers: The "Updating..." notification interrupts the rest of the screen reader's speech. (WCAG 2.2, 4.1.3 Status Messages)
• Alignment of disabled navigation elements with the keyboard: Some disabled options are still keyboard-targetable. (WCAG 2.2, 1.3.1 Info and Relationships, 2.1.1 Keyboard, 2.4.3 Focus Order)
• Compose message button alignment: The button has no visible alignment. (WCAG 2.2, 2.4.7 Focus Visible)
• Responsiveness of writing a message on mobile devices: The name tags and text fields of the message writing section are not positioned correctly on smaller screens, e.g. On mobile devices. (WCAG 2.2, 1.4.10 Reflow)
