The results of the EPSI Rating 2024 broadband customer survey confirm that DNA has the most satisfied and loyal consumer broadband customers in the industry. Overall, DNA got the highest scores in both enterprise (B2B) and consumer broadband service (B2C) customer satisfaction, which is reflected in satisfaction with service quality and with customers feeling they get value for money. We thank our customers for their trust.

ISO/IEC 27001 is and internationally respected and highly demanding standard. It sets requirements for information security management and associated systems and helps organisations systematically protect their data in all circumstances while ensuring legal requirements are met.
Finnish Quality Award
In November 2023 DNA won the Finnish Quality Association’s 2023 Quality Award in recognition of its excellence and sustainable competitiveness. The reasoning behind the award states that DNA’s special strengths are customer orientation and an ability to lead strategy from the top level to practical objectives and further to good results.
