The following issues have been specified:
What personal data is collected?
• Added that the picture of distribution box sent by a customer will be stored
What is the retention period for personal data or the criteria for determining the retention period?
• Changed the retention period for recordings of consumer customer service and sales calls
• Added retention period for conversations and messages that take place via digital channels
