Financial information about DNA
DNA Plc is a Finnish telecommunications group owned by the Norwegian Telenor Group.
The bond issued by DNA Plc, which was listed on the Nasdaq Helsinki stock exchange, matured on Thursday, March 27, 2025. At the same time, DNA's disclosure obligation ended.
DNA will continue to provide information on major events through press releases even after the end of the disclosure obligation. This information also includes the company's key performance and sustainability information.
However, DNA will no longer publish stock exchange releases, information about general meetings or official financial reports, such as consolidated financial statements. All official DNA figures are reported as part of the stock exchange reporting of our parent company, Telenor ASA, which is listed on the Oslo Stock Exchange.
