Corporate responsibility reporting at DNA

DNA reports on the implementation of their corporate responsibility according to the international Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) framework. According to GRI, corporate responsibility reporting covers the following areas: economic, environmental and social performance, labour practices and working conditions, human rights, society and product responsibility. DNA’s Corporate Responsibility Report is published annually as part of the company's Annual Report.

At DNA, corporate responsibility falls under the scope of the Board of Directors and the CEO. The Board discusses matters related to responsibility at its meetings twice a year. At Executive Team level, the Chief Financial Officer is in charge of corporate responsibility related matters. DNA has a full-time Sustainability Manager who decides on the main principles of corporate responsibility together with the Chief Financial Officer, and is responsible for meeting the targets and implementing the measures related to corporate responsibility.
